Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of mizi.ai and our text message reminders. Mizi is a trading name of Ecommerce Blues LLC, 5830 East 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82609, United States. Paid Mizi services are provided under a separate written agreement, which governs if it conflicts with these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, book a call or join the SMS program. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about Mizi, apply and book a call. Please do not misuse it, attempt to access it without authorisation, or interfere with its operation. The content, design and the Mizi name and mark belong to us.
Applications and calls
Applying or booking a call does not create any obligation to buy. Information you give us is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Example work
Before a call we may prepare example work for your brand, such as an email, observations about your public ads, or ad images. It is prepared from public information, is provided as an illustration, and is yours to keep and use. We make no promise about the results of using it.
SMS Terms of Service
- Program name: Mizi Call Reminders, operated by Mizi, a trading name of Ecommerce Blues LLC.
- Program description: transactional text messages about a call you booked with Mizi: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, a reminder one hour before with the video link, and a rebooking link if the call is missed. No marketing messages are sent.
- Opting in: by ticking the consent checkbox on the booking form at https://mizi.ai. You must be 18 or older to join. Consent is optional and not a condition of booking or purchase.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per booking.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details of your plan.
- Opting out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and you will receive no further messages. To join again, text START or tick the consent box on a new booking.
- Help: if you are having trouble with the program, reply HELP for assistance, or email keira@mizi.ai.
- Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: for how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Liability
This site and any example work are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or example work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
